Redesigned the hiring process for a growing company from intake through offer. This included interview scorecards, behavioral and technical interview guides, and hiring manager interview training to improve consistency and candidate evaluation.ATS and HRIS Implementation
Supported a startup with selecting and implementing the right ATS and HRIS platform to replace manual processes. Built the workflows, structure, and process alignment required to support hiring, onboarding, and employee records.Employee Experience Design
Supported an established company with a high attrition rate where employees reported limited support, inconsistent training, and difficulty finding important information such as benefits. We revamped and strengthened onboarding, training, communication, and access to employee resources to create a clearer and more supportive experience.People Operations Foundation Build
