What We Offer

For our W 2 team members, we provide remote work with the freedom to be productive wherever you are happiest. Whether that involves a quiet home office or a passport stamp in the background, we prioritize results over locations.

We operate on a 35 hour workweek because we believe the traditional 40 hour rule is ready for a rewrite. Health and well being are integrated into our model through optional support for fitness and mental health. We provide generous PTO, quarterly mental health day to pause and reset, along with ten paid holidays and two floating holidays. Life happens outside of work, which is why we also offer a paid end of year company sabbatical.

For our independent contractors, you are an essential part of the team. We extend select professional perks based on your role and engagement, including wellness stipends, birthday recognition, and access to our professional development and company learning events.
